Transformational Breath®
It is a gentle, simple technique that helps people to open up the full potential of their breathing system for better physical and emotional wellbeing. It teaches a pattern of conscious breathing that is natural,safe and healthy and which can have many benefits, including increased energy, better immune response and increased ability to deal with stress in a healthy way.
Transformational Breath® was developed by Dr Judith Kravitz incorporating her knowledge of conscious breathing techniques and various other healing principles.
Transformational Breath® is a highly efficient and effective technique that
has been used and found beneficial by many thousands of people worldwide for over thirty years.
Transformational Breath® is taught as a powerful self help tool, by fully trained facilitators whose intention it is to give each person an understanding of how they can work with their own breath on an ongoing basis, to create personal transformation.
The Breath Experience
1. Individual Private Breathing Session :
After an introduction to the technique , followed by an analysis of your natural breathing Pattern . Your experienced facilitator will guide you into a 45 to 90 minute breathing session . This session can be inperson or online. It’s simple and safe for men, women and children.
2. Group Breathing Session O2
Group class where you receive a full breathing session with a limited number of women, lasting for one and a half hour. Supervised by a team of facilitators certified in transformational breath.
Available O2 Teens Breathing Session (11 to 15 years old).
3. Kids Group Breathing Session O2
Group breathing class where children practice deep abdominal
breathing in a fun and friendly atmosphere , lasting for one and a half hour.
Boys and girls (ages 6 to 10 years old ).
4. Reclaim Your Breath Weekend
Two days of intensive training of transformational breath® technique. In this course you will learn the meaning, benefits and application of transformational breath . The course includes 4 full breathing sessions along with exercises, guidance, and professional supervision.

5. Transformational Breathing ® Seminar (Levels 1, 2, 3)
This is a Personal Development Program offered as a full five days of intensive training in Transformational breath® technique . Aims to create a very strong and lasting personal transformation with in a short period of time. This program is carefully designed and filled with various exercises so that it becomes an important part of your daily life afterwords.
