O2 Workshop

✨ Sometimes, all you need is a shared breath and a safe space. ✨
This is a group breathing session held at the center, designed for a small gathering of women with no more than 10 participants. All safety measures and precautionary guidelines are carefully followed.

The session lasts for an hour and a half, and is guided by a licensed Transformational Breath group facilitator.

It’s offered as a gentle reminder and a supportive step for those who wish to continue their breathwork journey.
