O2 Workshop

It is a group breathing session at the center. For a small group of women, not exceeding 10 people. The conditions and preventive precautions are applied.

The session lasts an hour and a half, under the supervision of a licensed transformational breathing group leader.

It is provided as an encouragement and reminder to anyone who wishes to complete the breathing sessions.
